Ahh...A Much Better Day!

Well you could have heard a pin drop in room 7, and it was much more productive all day long. Most students were able to discover that they are not really being punished, but rather I am just enforcing what I have always expected. I feel most of the students have figured out how easy it is to just live up to 5th grade expectations, and that we get so much more done when avoid sidebar conversations and having to repeat directions. I also noticed a lot more people showing their work and asking for help on their math test today! Loved it! Great Job...Keep it up!

Students can earn an extra $100.00 tomorrow by answering the toolbox question on the morning minute. They just need to write their response in their planner and share it during morning meeting tomorrow. It is a good one!! Watch it together and have a parent also answer the toolbox question as well in the planner near their signature and earn an additional $100.00!! 

Permission Slips/Release forms went home yesterday for the Volunteer Opportunity this Saturday. Please fill out the form and have your child return it if they are planning to attend/help. Should be a lot of fun! Hopefully the weather is nice, but if not we will pull through together!
