Friday the 13th

Wow! What a fun day. As you can see below the kids in room 7 had a blast. When looking at the pictures make sure you look at the kids in the background as well. Their faces tell many other stories. We all had fun reading our valentines, eating all the great snacks (by the way the healthy choices were gone before the others), playing worm on a string, musical chairs, the red, white, and pink contest, and of course the infamous dance off. Everyone had a blast and it shows. If you do not see your child in the slide show it ay be because they have not returned their permission form I sent home for them to be on the blog?? It took everyone to make this a success, including the two parent volunteers, and all the parents who baked, prepared, or bought supplies/snacks. I also had a chance to read my very special valentine book when I got home that evening. It was so thoughtful, and truly touched my heart. I will read it often and smile. Thank you to all of you that made a special heart with an encouraging phrase or note on it. I will treasure all of you for a long, long time. See you Monday!
