I hope the kids are as excited to see Rusty as I was! As you know, he arrived in Billings last night. I was able to pick him up at the airport and have dinner with him, along with four other fabulous Bitterroot teachers. He truly is an inspiration and loves kids. Today, I had the pleasure of escorting him to two schools and see him in action. AMAZING! My kids are going to love it. The presentation is quite humorous and yet drives home a very important message in a way that kids can relate and understand. In other words, he doesn't preach it...he lives, breathes, and cherishes it. Kinda like someone else I know when it comes to choices and consequences! Hmm...who could that be?? :0) The sub report was excellent. Very little behavior problems. Congratulations to Shyanne for winning the best behavior reward, which was voted on by her peers. Awesome!
