Happy Halloween

I hope everyone has a safe and candy filled Halloween. According to Jerry Seinfeld the goal of Halloween is to get as much candy as you can and then eat it all in one night. I told the kids that is fine, as long as it is not Sunday! Ask your child about the Seinfeld book we read today! Funny!:0)

Weekly reports went home today. Students filled out their behavior choice for the week. All in all, they are great, great kids! On the front of the weekly report is the reminder for the bake sale on Tuesday. Kids need to bring in their baked goods on Monday however so we can sell them to the early morning voters as well. The money we raise will go for a surprise field trip so all kids should try to contribute. Remember to individually wrap your goods. Thanks so much!!

We will be going to the jail on Monday as a final wrap up of our Drug Free Week. I think we covered every angle of this topic. The kids were very responsive, and I believe we made an impact. Please continue to discuss these types of topics for the rest of their lives! A special thank you to the two families that are chaperones on this one. All parents are welcome to meet us there.

Thanks for all you do! Report cards come out Tuesday, and conferences are next Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you need to reschedule please call the office to do so. Otherwise, I will see all of you then.
