Weekly reports will go home tomorrow. Attached to them you will find a plea from me. I have drafted a suggestion list for when the kids are on break. If they could take twenty to thirty minutes a day to just have quiet time to focus on some challenging material each day I would really appreciate it. On the note, I have also listed some websites that students can get on and work some different types of problems if the time lends. This work is not mandatory, as I do understand it is a spring BREAK, but if they find themselves with some extra time I think this would be beneficial to all. Weekly reports will be due back the Monday after Spring Break so I will suggest to the kids tomorrow that they leave them in their bag or in a safe place.
I will be blogging off and on throughout the break so please check in often. I am also sure that the blog will be getting another face-lift as well.
Upon our return we will be participating in the MontCas test. Room 7 will be testing for Reading on Tuesday, March 10th and Wednesday, March 11th in the morning. We will be testing for Math on Monday, March 16th and Tuesday, March 17th in the afternoon. That is exciting because students will have the luck of the Irish along with their awesome brain power!
Have a great evening! Bonus $200.00 if parents write the following phrase, I am the most important person in my child's life, in the planner! You all rock and I appreciate all of you!
