Basic and Reading Reminders

Hello. Well it is Thursday already. It is also almost the end of quarter 2. Grades will be getting cut off soon, and all missing work will need to be turned in by next Monday. If your child is missing any work it will be listed on their weekly report cover sheet that goes home tomorrow. Speaking of weekly report. Seeing how I haven't sent home a weekly report for awhile there are a TON of papers coming home tomorrow. I will probably use an envelope rather than stapling. 

I feel the need to remind everyone that all four reading assignments for Chapter One are due tomorrow at the end the half hour block. All four assignments are posted on the Bernie blog in detail. The address for that blog is bernie-erickson.blogspot.com. Students had yesterday and today to work on these in class. I encouraged students to only leave one project for tomorrow. Read 180 students are not required to do this assignment. 

Today, many students brought in their required model of the Earth to share with the class. The ideas were super creative. Students who did not complete their project will need to share it with the class tomorrow to receive credit. The sky is the limit!
